Members and non members can book a court on line. 

 

To make an on line booking through Book A Court you will need to sign in or register. Non members to pay on completion of booking. Please allow 15 minutes for your booking to be activated.

If booking on behalf of your child who is a member you will need to sign in to your account. Once you are in your account go to the drop down menu at the top of the screen and click on your child's name, otherwise it will charge for the court. If a club member books a court through Facebook but did not register through Facebook it will charge court hire as your membership would not be linked to Facebook.

When your booking has been completed you will receive a personal 4 digit PIN code on screen and a confirming email and SMS. Your PIN code will unlock the gate (and activate the lights at sunset) and allow access to the downstairs toilet.

 

Upon arrival at the courts enter your 4 digit PIN code and push the Return button (which is located below the number 9 on the key pad) once it has gone Green the gate can open. Your PIN code will operate 10-15 minutes prior to your booking.

Bookings cannot be extended after you have started playing. You would need to make a separate booking and allow 30 mins for the booking to go through the system.

LIGHTING: You must enter your PIN and press the Return Button at the gate for the lights to register that you have arrived at the courts for your booking. If you do not enter your PIN and press the Return Button the system thinks you did not arrive for your booking and will not turn the lights on. When lights are paid for with your court booking they will commence warming up once your PIN is entered and the light sensor records insufficient light.  As lights take 5-10 minutes to warm up completely, it is recommended you arrive 10 minutes prior to your booking time. The lights will turn off 10 minutes after your booking time to allow safe exit from the courts. Please note that your pin will only register within 10-15 minutes of your booked time. If you enter your pin prior to 10-15 mins before your booked time it will not register and the lights will not turn on.

REFUND POLICY: Bookings cannot be edited, however you may cancel your booking at any time by logging into your account. Cancellations made 2 hours before your booking time will receive a refund to the card provided at the time of booking. If you cancel with less than 2 hours of your booking, it is not refundable. If the weather looks inclement, we suggest you cancel your booking 2 hours prior to you booking and if the weather clears for play, rebook.

 

When entering and leaving the venue can you please ensure the gate closes for security to be maintained.
